Once you’ve chosen your silhouette, material, and colour, placing your order is easy - simply send us an email! We'll confirm total cost, estimated lead time, and delivery options with you before we begin production. As every custom piece is made from scratch with precision and care, lead times are usually between 4 to 6 weeks.

Once your custom piece is ready, we’ll reach out to confirm the delivery date. If you’ve chosen home delivery, our team will safely transport and place it in your space. If you’ve opted to collect in store, we’ll ensure it is ready at a time that suits you. Either way, we’ll make sure your handcrafted piece arrives smoothly and is ready to enjoy.
