Shipping policy

Deliveries
We deliver exclusively within South Africa.

Deliveries are handled by external contractors - either from our warehouse or via courier - whichever offers the most cost-effective solution based on your location.

Standard delivery takes 5–7 working days, subject to stock availability and your proximity to one of our national Distribution Centres.

For addresses more than 35 km from a Store or our Warehouse, we use couriers or long-haul logistics providers. Delivery timeframes will depend on collection schedules and whether your area is classified as outlying. Please account for possible delays.

If your provided postal code doesn’t match our internal system, or if you select an alternative delivery method, your order will be placed on hold. A custom Economical Delivery Quotation will be emailed within 24 hours. These options will extend delivery times beyond the standard 5–7 working days.

Once the quote is accepted and payment is completed via the secure link provided, your order will be processed under the selected delivery arrangement.

Supplier Orders
Products marked as Supplier Order are made to order and will result in extended delivery timelines. Manufacturing lead time will apply.
